I am seeking information on Calvin Washington BRYAN, b. about 1815 in GA and came to Guntersville, Marshall Co., AL before 1842. He married Ann K. (maiden name unknown, but I suspect it was KEITH) about 1839 and had the following children: Charles Keith Bryan, b. 17 Jan 1840 in Cherokee Co., GA Martha A. Bryan, b. about 1842 in AL John C. Bryan, b. 19 July 1846 in Guntersville, AL Jonah Bryan, b. about 1849 in AL. Calvin was a New School Presbyterian minister (according to the 1850 census). He bought land through the BLM in Blount Co., AL in 1845 and 1848. He died before 3 Jan 1852 (probate record). His widow, Ann K., married (2) David BAKER on 28 Nov 1852. They had one child, Julia (or July) A. Baker, b. 1854, Ann died before 1860 as she is not listed on the census.
