The 1870 Marshall Co census lists a Franklin Chandler, Kennamer P.O., page 087. Does anyone have information on the is family? Does anyone have a census detail for this family? My grandpa, William Franklin Chandler, was born in 1906 AR. According to his SS application his father, Frank Chandler, was born in AL. Grandpa's father died shortly after his birth and his mother came back to AL (probably Franklin Co area) bringing at least one stepson, Chester born ca. 1895.
