Harper born VA married in TN. They left Tennessee about 1842. My grgr grandmother was Thomas's oldest child and she married in Warren Co.Tx in his home. this info per her pension Application. Thomas had a son James Harper and a daughter married by the 1850 Marion Co census. I knew your Joseph had died during the Civil War, along with several sons of Thomas. Send me your email and I will look up Thomas's parents and siblings. I think your Nancy was born in TN as was the first 5 or 6 children of Thomas. Mary
