    3. Hi Joel: My Samuel wasn't bn. until1801 in Tn. I havn't been able to trace my line into those in Lincoln Co. There was Thomas Beard 30--to 40 in the Marion Co. census ( Thomas Watt Beard) he was the son of my Alexander Beard. They ended up in Texas. I have done DNA and we have an exact match with that line. You seem to be very knowlegeable and helpful. Thank you. Any ideas on burial inf. for Alexander? Scots-Irish descent---Ireland to Pa; to Washington Co NC (Tn. later) Abbeville Sc, then at age 80 to Marion Co. Pikeville with dau. Rachel.
