Joe Scott was named Joseph Reed/Reid Scott b. 27 Apr 1837 d. 27 Jun 1920 m. Martha Ann Lewis b. 5 Jul 1845 d. 12 Aug 1934 They are buried at Sparks Chapel Cemetery, Franklin County, AL.
