It is located in Marion County between Haleyville and Hamilton in the Wylie Branch area. It isn't too far from the Old Bethel Church. It is located on top of a low hill behind a house. You can't see it from the road so you would have to stop and ask people where to go. > > > ============================== > Search Family and Local Histories for stories about your family and the > areas they lived. My CARR (Samuel W. & Syntha GILBERT CARR) family lived very near the Wylie family & no headstones for them have been located; maybe they are at Wylie cem ? Joel S. Using the designations Range, Township and Section for Marion County, Alabama, can anyone identify the location of the Wylie (Family?) Cemetery? Number of burials there? Thank you.
