Nancy was born Sept 7, 1831 and died on Aug 15, 1917. The headstone was reads 1817 for the death year but was incorrectly etched by the stone maker. It should read 1917 not 1817. This is verified by the death certificate from the state and census records for Hinds County, MS for 1900 and 1910.
