I am asking for a lookup for a Will that was probated in Marion Co, Al sometime around Aug 22,1825- Oct 03,1825. For: John S. Patterson deceased of Marion Co. AL. This notice was published in "The Tuscumbian Newspaper" Franklin Co, AL along with a Citation issued to his heirs.These are the dates listed, Aug 22, Oct 03, and Nov 07 1858. It could possibly settle a brick wall issue for one of his sons. Wm. T. Patterson. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you., Pam
