    3. Timmie, my greatgrandma was Emmer Francis Coon (I'll have to find her date of birth, etc.). I believe she died abt 1906? She is buried in the Lower Cemetery at Hackleburg. She married James Alfred Mann. Her parents were Sarah E. Lawrence, b. 1853 m. James M. Coon. Family records indicate Sarah, widow of James Coon, remarried in April of 1888 to Robert Mann. I believe they lived around Bear Creek in Marion Co. Al. Maybe we can sort through the James Coons to find out who they are? In 1861 when you g grandmother was born, my gg grandmother would have been 8 years old. Where was your James Coon born?
