I don't know anything about her or her family, but the name is the same and it might give you a clue to research. Hope this helps some. The Lamar News - July 14, 1887, page 4. July 21, 1887 MRS. ELIZABETH WHITE, near 90 years of age, died at her home near Pikeville last Saturday. The deceased has practiced medicine for many years and will be sadly missed by the citizens of that section. Additional Comments: This obituary is listed in both July 14 and July 21, 1887 issue of THE LAMAR NEWS. Both articles say last Saturday.
