I don't have the answer to all your questions, but this Thomas HARRIS is Thomas "Doc" HARRIS whose daughter, Mary E. HARRIS, married James Carl BERRYHILL, b. 20 Dec. 1833, Marion Co AL, d. 25 Nov. 1917 near Mineola, TX. William BERRYHILL and Margaret WEEKS married in Jefferson Co. Ga on 26 July 1807.
