(last name unknown), married to Frank H. Scruggs, born around 1866, in Huntsville, Alabama Frank and Fannie's children: Minnie L. Scruggs, born January, 1890 in Huntsville, Alabama Mattie H. Scruggs, born March, 1894 in Huntsville, Alabama (according to the City Directory, Mattie's occupation was listed as a Teacher) Nora L. Scruggs, born March, 1895 in Huntsville, Alabama (according to the City Directory, Nora's occupation was listed as a Teacher) Any information on the above individuals will be greatly appreciated.
