They were in Madison County very early. Tobias WILHELM and his family stayed in Madison County. Richard Wilhelm moved to first Illinois and then by 1833 to Washington Co., TX where he died. His wife was Sarah Seymour. After Richard's death she received the Wilhelm Land Grant in Milam County Texas. Another family: Henry Stiars (Styers / Styres) was probably the father of Anna Styers who married Moses Trimble and moved to St. Francis Co., AR. And probably the father of Elizabeth Styers who married Abraham Atchley and also lived in Madison County.
