    2. I am a descendent of the Crafts of New Hope/Owens Crossroads, Madison County, Alabama. Have not done any research on the Crafts. My Grandmother was Anna Craft abt 1862 d. 1947, married Albert D. Sharp. Wish to be in contact with anyone that is associated with this line of Sharp's. Also, please be informed have found a William H. Sharp b. abt 1844 d Nov 1911, his wife was a Sarah J. they lived around Maysville and New Market. W.H. Sharp served in the CSA Co. F, 35th Inf.. He was captured at the battle of Vicksburg. Have been searching for him. Him and Sarah had 10 children and 2 died. This information was taken from the CSA Pension Papers that the very nice people of the Alabama Archive's sent me. If anyone has any information on William H. would appreciate any information. Also, based on the papers he had arthritis retord kind I think, this is based on a doctors information that was in the file. Also, if anyone has any information as what Sarah's maiden name it would be appreciated. Also, William H. Sharp was the oldest son of Eli and Jane (Tipton) Sharp.
