Sarah L. Vann d. 1847/1848. Died in route to Texas. She married Silas Glover, son of Benjamin Glover. Silas first wife was Jenny Craft, daughter of Ezekiel Craft. Sarah's father was Lazarus Vann. She had brothers named William Jordan Vann and Lazarus Thomas Vann. She had an uncle named Thomas Vann (II). Lazarus's father was Thomas Vann (I), b. 1747 in Chowan Prec., NC. He died in 1839 in Madison Co., AL. He was 92 years old. I may have more information on this line, but this is all I have on my database at this time. Most of this information came from Ella May Underwood, a descendant and Vann and Grayson researcher. This information came in regard to the Craft/Vann/Grayson/etc. connection and a discussion about the intermarriage in her family between various Madison Co., AL families.
