Here is some data I excerpted on the Fennell Family from "The Encyclopedia of the New West", U.S. Biographical Publication Co., Marshall, Tx 1881. page 255 Dr. J.W. Fennell,Seguin ,Texas. ".......His second daughter, Margaret Fennell born in Seguin,Tx 9/21/1857, graduate of the Seguin Female Seminary, married S. W. Ewing [ Stephen Malone Ewing ] of Huntsville, AL and has two children, James and Stephen Ewing....... Dr. J.W. was born in Huntsville, AL, on 3/21/1832, the son of Isham H. Fennell, born 1806 December 9th in VA. Fennell who settled in Madison co. AL in 1817...." The Stephen Malone Ewings lived in Seguin, TX and have descendants living there now. Bob Ewing
