Hello all, I am new to the list. Recently, I was visiting "Graveyard Hill", (Mt. Parron Cemetery of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church. My ancestor, Samuel Davis, gave the land for this cemetery (previously a camp meeting ground). I met a lovely young lady who was "full" of great information. Unfortunately, I have lost her name and e-dress. If she is "out there"; I hope she will contact me. I would also appreciate hearing from anyone regarding ancestors buried there and what the web page for Mt. Parron is (can't find it). I have been researching the DAVIS, WALKER, BAYLES, SCOTT, CRINER and other families of that area for over 30 years. Would love to share information. I especially have had a MOST difficult time getting information on the women of some of these families. I believe they may have been NATIVE AMERICAN. Would appreciate help on accessing information regarding native american/white marriages in this area, E. Tennessee, and on up to Washington County, Virginia. Thank you! Lynn W.
