Hi,I am posting this again as it has been awhile .Iam looking to find information and any relatives ,looking for my great grandfather SAMUEL A HILL he married ELIZA JANE MOSELY 5-25-1869 in Lincoln Co.Tn. She may have been married to a MOSELY and had 3 sons by him they were in the 1870 census living with Samuel and Eliza,JOHN 16,ROBERT 14,W.J. 10,Samuel and Eliza had the following children James A b.4-17-1870,Altie b abt 1873 (she married a WOODWARD), ALVA D. abt 1874 (this would be my Grandfather),EFFIE H. 5-13-1875(she married a KENNEY) ZENA b abt 1877 d.abt 1911.Most of these are buried in the State Line Cemetery between Lincoln Co. Tn. and Madison Co. Al.Samuel died 12-24-1909 at Hazle Green Al. Eliza died 5-28-1899.I think they were from Cyruston,Lincoln Co. Tn. ALVA D. HILL married SUSIE HUMPHREY dau of James and Molley Humphrey of Huntsville Al. in 1904 Don Hill hill@compuwise.net
