Does anyone have information regarding John Lenox (Lennox) who married Pertheny (Lucina, Sena, Lievceney) Walters in 1813 in Madison Co. AL? They had a son named Samuel W. Lenox. John was killed in the War of 1812 and Lucina married Alcimedon Thompson. There were several children born of this union. Lucina's father was Samuel Walters from Georgia. I haven't been able to find the family of John Lenox, who would have been born in the latter half of the 1700s. Does anyone know if Richard and Mary Ann Lenox who were in Madison Co. at about the same time were related to John? I would appreciate any clues. Marjorie
