Looking for information on the Edward Henry family from early Madison Co records. Edward Henry married Delilah Carter on Feb 28th 1848 in Madison Co according to the 1850 census, Edward and Delilah are still in Madison Co with a daughter named mary and a James Carter, age 14, in the household. In the 1860 census Delilah is now living alone, probably a widow. The census was taken at Hayes Store possibly in the New Market area. Other children include Harriet, Martha, Sallie and Benjamin. Delilah is still living in 1870 in Madison Co but she is not listed in the 1880 census so she may have died or remarried. Any information on this famlily deeply appreciated. Thanks.
