    3. Good news. I heard from Linda. She resent the 1840 transcription. Our national coordinator is working them and trying to get them posted to the net. They will be at www.rotsweb.com/~cenfiles The 1850 transcription is there now. We are looking for transcribers to do the censuses from Madison for 1870, 1880, 1900, 1910 & 1920. We do not expect anty transcriber to do the entire county, rather we ask that each do one or more of the enumeration districts from a census tear. These are posted on the net for all to use at no cost. We provide the software and technical support. The transcriber provides the time and the censuus images. These are available at most libraries and the LDS Family History Centers. Anyone interested is asked to contact me. Earnie R.
