When I contacted Chevron, and complained, they replied as follows: "Halberts is in compliance with the U.S. Post Office. The disclosure is on the solicitation that is in a box on the order form. It states "No direct genealogical connection to your family or to your ancestry is implied or intended." The information in the book contains only a general look at your name, the people who share it, and how you can go about expanding your knowledge of your family history.
