Jack - I grew up in Tuskegee. There has been a VA Hospital there for many years, intended initially for colored vets. Today, it is a much more limited facility, but it is still utilized. I don't know if their archived records would still be there... could be in a more regional facility in Montgomery, Birmingham or even Atlanta. You could start by calling the V.A. in Tuskegee.
