As we all are basking in our new-found resources ALL of which are made possible for us through the courtesy of RootsWeb I thought there was something that is going on right now behind the scenes at RootsWeb that you all should know about this holiday season. Palladium Software, a major sponsor of Rootsweb was recently bought by another company. (The LEarning CO.) As a result it would appear that they have dropped their sponsorship of Rootsweb. Karen Isaacson and Brian Leverich (owners of Rootsweb) have had to take out a large personal loan to make ends meet at Rootsweb as a result.
