I am doing genealogical research on my wifes ancestor, Daniel McMullen whom we know was born in Ireland, lived for many years in Knoxville, TN but is not buried there. At least two of his sons, John and Thomas, moved to Tuskegee, Macon, AL. Thomas later moved to TX. Does anyone know of someone who has the Tuskegee City Cemetery index? I am having a great deal of difficulty in confirming if any of the following ancestors are buried there: Daniel McMullen (or variations), b. abt. 1797, d. aft 1860 John McMullen, b. abt. 1833, d. ? Rebecca McMullen (w/o John), b. abt. 1834, d. ? Daniel McMullen (s/o J & R McMullen), b. abt. 1866, d. ? Note that Daniel spelled his name both with an "en" and "an" ending. The rest of the family seems to have stuck with the "en" variation. All would probably be found in the Tuskegee area. Thanks, Brian Tingley
