I am also researching the WALKER and also LEE family in Macon Co.,AL Jethro WALKER b. 18 Feb. 1808 Putnam Co., GA. married 3 times, Matilda ZACHERY, Mary lizabeth MIMS and a Miss TERRELL. Jethro was shot and killed while sitting in his study February 21, 1846 at Armstrong. Jethro was an attorney in Auburn, Alabama and had a large plantation at Armstrong, Macon Co., AL. His daughter Sophronia Elizabeth WALKER (b. 1835)married John H. LEE around 1849. John H. LEE died in 1856 in Macon Co., AL All are buried in Pinehill Cemetery, Auburn, (Now Lee Co., ) Alabama.
