Talley's parents may have been James B. Talley, and Nancy, also possibly in Macon Co.. Children of Harvey P. Talley and Janneth: as listed on the 1880 Dekalb Co., Al. census township 8, Beat 6: Harvey Talley, 49, b. GA., Father/Mother b. GA Jinnet Talley, 46, b. SC, Father/mother b.
