The county court house has marriage,(Black and white) deeds, probate court minutes and Wills. There is also a project underway by one generous volunteer to organize and catalogue a "room full" of misc. records the state returned to Macon Co. If you live within driving distance and can contribute to this project, please do! It's interesting to say the very least. Contact the county commissioner's office.
