A son, John W. Howard (born December 5, 1822 {I thinkin Macon County, Alabama} and died March 24, 1875 in Butler County, Alabama), moved to Butler County, Alabama in late 1852. Would like to know the name of his parents and if there were any brothers and sisters. John W. Howard married Elizabeth Rebecca Penn, also of Macon County, Alabama, on December 9, 1852. She was the daughter of Wiliiam S. Penn and Eliza White Penn. Elizabeth Rebecca Penn was born in Georgia on January 15, 1837, but moved to Macon County, Alabama prior to her marriage. She died in Butler County, Alabama on February 22, 1924.
