Tom, I too have relatives linked to the Cubahatchee Baptist Church of Christ. There is a book which I have a copy of with the history of the church from 1838-1850. It was written by William Thomas Martin III of 4501 SW 62 Court, Miami, FL 33155-5936. I do not remember how much the book cost but I bought this one about two years ago. The Jones names listed are, Anna, Evan, Fanny, James, John, Jno, Martha, W.B.,Rev.,and A.T.M. I hope this information helps. I suspect that they attended the Cubahatchee Baptist Church located on the North side of Highway 80, east of Shorter, Macon County. I also understand that there are quite a few JONESes buried in this cemetery. Does anyone on this list have access to a transcription of this cemetery, or alternatively, does anyone live close to this area, and be willing to "go for a walk?" I don't need pictures, just names and dates. Thanks, Tom Krakow 706 Emory Drive Chapel Hill, NC 27517 ________________________________________________________________ The best thing to hit the Internet in years - Juno SpeedBand!
