    3. Hi, I am researching the family of John JONES, Jr., born about 1805 in North Carolina, who moved to Macon County, Alabama in the 1830s. John and his wife Martha Ann ___, were married around 1835. I have an old letter from 1855, that shows they lived in the "Leubakatche" area, of Macon County. Does anyone know where this was? GOOGLE does not pick up this place name. John and Martha JONES had ten children as follows: Charlotte H. JONES b: abt 1839-1840 Lucelin JONES (female) b: Abt 1843 Mary Francis "Fanny" JONES b: Abt 1845 Jane JONES b: Abt 1847 Catherine "Kity" W. JONES b: Abt 1847 Stephen JONES b: Abt 1849 .......... +Sally b: 1855 Margaret JONES b: Abt 1851 John E. JONES b: Abt 1854 Martha B. JONES b: Abt 1859 Ann Lee JONES b: Abt 1862 My primary research goal is to identify who these eight daughters married, if they rearched adulthood. Thanks, Tom in Chapel Hill ________________________________________________________________ The best thing to hit the Internet in years - Juno SpeedBand! Surf the Web up to FIVE TIMES FASTER!
