He married December 26, 1854 in Georgia to Mary Louise Tomblinson born about 1828 in Carrollton Georgia and is buried at Pioneer Cemetery, Butler County Alabama. They had two children: 1st) Addie D. Harrison born August 4, 1842 in Alabama; died August 1899 in Alabama. She married October 5, 1889 in Butler County Alabama to Gilbert M.
