I'm looking for information on David Hinton Middleton. First, I'm requesting information on his ancestry and second, where he might have gotten his middle name of "HINTON". I have sisters, Mary and Martha Hinton who had married a Joel Lane. Another surname that is frequent in my family tree. Further information that I DO have for David Hinton Middleton is that he was born March 24, 1844 (unknown location) and died June 17, 1923 (unknown location). He married Maria Ellen Dudley (unknown date & location). She was born January 26, 1853 (unknown location) and died October 13, 1924 (unknown location). They had only one child that I know of, Carrie Manola Middleton, born August 12, 1886 in Collirene, Lowndes Co., Alabama and died April 11, 1956 in Lowndes Co., Alabama. She married Francis Gordon "Frank" Lyon August 03, 1913 in Collirene, Lowndes Co., Alabama. Any further help will be greatly appreciated. Ric Gordon in Texas
