Hello all! I need someone's help. Searching for Thomas R. Harper and wife Rebecca Palmer Harper. Listed in 1880 Census Lowndes County. The Early Alabama marriage index has them married on 2/10/1877 in Lowndes. Can someone look up a copy of this marriage CERT for me? Or tell me where to write?
