I got this info from Malcolm Dow and was wrong about whose family Francis Marion was in. I confused the issue because there are two Francis Marions in the Isaac Davis family also. Did Malcolm tell you that I think John (T) Davis descends from old Thomas Davis? I have no proof but old Thomas did have sons that were not identified in the 1840 census. I have searched and searched for a document--no luck! I am interested in the Royal children also as Hardy and Nancy Royal left or died in Lowndes Co and some of the children I never found. We also need more research on my line Sarah Davis who mrd Jesse Davis. Also more on Malcey and Henry! Any ideas? Irma
