Harrison was the son of George Harrison. In 1850, he is listed with his father and his father's wife, Caroline, age 38. George was 17. Caroline could be his mother, but there were some age gaps between children that makes me suspect that Caroline was a second wife. Maybe not. They were from the Sandy Ridge.area. Caroline is buried in the Sawyer Cemetery. George W. and Emaline also are in the 1860 and 1880 census. I do not know where George's father is buried, but his second (third?) wife, Frances F. E. Webb Harrison is also buried in the Sawyer cemetery along with George's sister, Mattie and a half nephew, son of Willie Lou Harrison and Montgomery Rowe. Willie was a child of George (Sr.) and Frances. Contact me directly if you want more.
