    3. As was stated before, the 'Whity' in the will of William Davis could very well be Unity Davis. At one point in time, many years ago, the court took it upon itself to retype some of the pages in Will Book C. These pages were originally hand written. My gues, and it is a guess, is that the pages were so badly damange, through time or other means, that the people at the courthouse typed them. When these wills were originally entered into court, they did not have typewriters. In transcribing these will, I have personally seen typos of many kinds. Reading the old handwriting, as most of us have experienced, can be very diffidult. Thus Unity may very wll have become Whity. That is my two cents worth.
