Sampson Davis, Jr. is the father of twins, David & William Davis. I do not have any pictures other than 2 that were sent to me a few years by another Davis researcher. One was of Joel Dawson Davis with grandsons, Perry Almond Davis, Glen D. Davis & Jack Franklin Davis in front of the old Davis home in Highland Home. Years ago my mother-in-law and I visited one of her cousins who lived in the area where the Davis had lived and it was beautiful with rolling hills. Roween still lived in one of the Davis's old homes. I can't remember which Davis was her father but he had died but her mother was still living. At that time (it was about 25 years ago0 I didn't know anything about genealogy and didn't ask any questions. I'm sure she had many old pictures and an old Bible that she mentioned to my Mother-in-law. Would you like for me to send you an attachment of the Descendants of Sampson Davis? Please let me know.
