I am looking for any records concerning a Dr. James Douglas and wife Eugenia Hartwell who had a son, Howard Douglas born in Lowndes county, AL in 1858. James Douglas was born in NC and Eugenia Hartwell was born in AL. Any clues or any thing that might give me some direction will be appreciated.
