I know that Susan or Susanna Sawyer was Elizabeth McQueen's sister from the probate records on their father Willis Sawyer. After Susan's father, Willis died in LA in the 1850's, Susan went back to Lowndes County, AL to live with her sister, Elizabeth McQueen. Bible records also verified they were sisters.
