    3. I wrote: "Phillip Arant married Margaret Rebecca Hartsook (b. 1779 d. 1850) on 24 Jul 1836, Lowndes Co., AL according to my records." Wrong, wrong, wrong! They were the parents of Jacob Arant b. 1804 so the marriage date is way off. Lowndes County was not even formed at the time Jacob was born. Sorry! Jeanette
