Bates' children, Elisa Ann Bates, b: abt 1825? My Elisa Ann married John James Ledbetter about 1844 in Autauga Co, AL , but they lived in the Letohatchee area of Lowdnes Co, AL. I can last find them in the 1860 census, but nothing later. Elisa Ann is supposely died before 1873 and JJ supposely on 16 Apr 1891, both in Letohatchee, but I do not know where they are buried. Any help on this family would be appreciated.
