A reminder: The Central Alabama Genealogical Fair will be held in Prattville, AL on Saturday, April 13th, at the Doster Center in downtown Prattville. Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. with a chance to visit vendors before the program begins at 9:30 a.m. The first speaker will be Lynda Wyatt, owner of "Scrapbook Superstore and More" in Montgomery, teaching "Heritage Scrapbooking. She will have available for purchase albums, archival safe papers, stickers and other items approriate for heritage scrapbooking. At 11:30 Martha Geyer, 1st Vice President of the Alabama Genealogical Society, will speak on "Beginning Genealogy". This program will also be very useful to those with experience. Annie Crenshaw will speak on "The Federal Road" at 1:30 p.m. Between speakers you will have time to visit the vendors of books and other genealocal materials, eat lunch, and research information relating to Autauga County.
