As to guardianship of a female for her children, that was done all the time. This is the first time I have heard of it for a father for his children. Now, don't get me wrong, I just hadn't heard it before, doesn't mean you are wrong, just my inexperience with it. It is an interesting thing and I think I shall look futher into this. Could be I have others with the same thing and I never knew a father had to petition for his children, only mothers for some dumb reason. Thanks for the additional information. Really is helpful
