My maternal grandfather, William Fieldon Wigginton was born alabama,1884, M. Allie Flowers in Jensen, IT in June 1909, had 7 children. Believed to be son of Fieldon Wigginton , born 1822 alabama,M. Sarah Francis Harrell born 1828 Maury Co, TN. There could be another generation unaccounted for (so far) between Fieldon and Wm.F. You say HB & Nancy born in VA: is it possible they moved to Alabama at some point? My other side (Brickeys) started in Virginia, then to Kentucky, then to Indian Territory (mom dad and I migrated to California from Oklahoma in 1939. There are Flowers, Bennetts, maybe Kennedys or Kennadys, Wilsons, etc. Of William F. and Allie Wigginton's children there are four surviving sisters (mom isn't one of them). They know little of their history; grandmother wouldn't talk. I would appreciate any info you can provide that might lead to this link. since most of the time there were no birth certificates or death certificates it is very difficult. I didn't have birth certificate til dad got his at age 70 and decided since I was 40 it was high time for me too. I am now 70 and still trying to find pieces of the puzzle. peace and blessings.
