Hi, I looked in my cemetery records. Sandy Ridge is, if I remember correctly, near the Butler County boarder. In the cemetery records I have I found a Charls Sims and an Ocie Sims, both on one tombstone with no dates in the Payne Cemetery. THe Payne Cemetery is in the Sandy Ridge area. This could be th children of J. F. Sims and Susan. Other than that, I have not been able to find more on this Sims family in the Sandy Ridge area.
