About a year ago, I made contact with a gentleman who knew quite a bit about the Perdues. Clara's husband, according to him was Alexander Bolling Perdue, who died in the early 1840s. Alexander's parents were John and Elizabeth Perdue. They are buried in Farmersville in Lowndes Co.They both settled Perdue Hill community in Monroe. County.
