Dear All, I have spent some time over the week-end "surfing" and looking for Allmacher mentions on the internet. Some of the more interesting pages I have linked to from http://www.seelentags.de/allmacher/links.htm This collection is more for my own use, rather than a public web page (no structure, topics and languages all mixed up) - but you may still find a few interesting pages ;-). A mention I have found on http://westchesterarchives.com/indexes/marr_a.html was "Allmacher. Gustave G.. 1921. 33532. A-0243 (4)." which says that a Gustav G. Allmacher got married in 1921 in Westchester (I assume the county in NY, not the city near Philadelphia): does this imply that it is a different Allmacher branch, or could it be the second marriage of Gustav (born 1867/69) which we assume to have taken place 1920/22 ?
