My sister Sharon (Davis) Lantz and myself are Allmacher's on our mothers side, Edna (Allmacher) Davis, who was the granddaughter of Heinrich Allmacher emigrating from Bremen 10 Nov 1865 on ship Stella, age 18. Heinrich married Margarethe Haid. Heinrich and Margarethe had 3 sons (Paul Henry., Wilhelm and John Henry).. Paul married Laura Smith. Edna, our mother, and Gladys, our aunt who raised us, were 2 of their 10 children.... Before we found Wolf we knew very little about the Allmacher history prior to America. I personally wasn't aware of anyone past our Grandfather Paul... Thanks to Wolf, we have been able to fill in many of the gaps. Best Regards, Martin Davis
