NC, was the son of Silas Monroe and Harriett E. Collett. On 23 Dec 1902 he m Nannie Lambert, b 8 Mar 1883. In 1910 they are living in Oconolufty, Swain Co. In 1920 they were living in Cherokee Co. NC. Nannie was part Cherokee and she is listed on the 1924 Baker roll. Known children were: Roy Robert b 1904 died 1981 m Minnie E. _____ Albert Monroe, b Apr 1906 died 1976 m Althia Stepp, Ida May b 1909 S. M. dau b 14 Nov 1910, d 3 Apr 1911 Felix Wilbur b 6 Feb 1912 m 1932 to Grace Lambert, he died in 1969 Boyce Jackson 'Jack' b 1914 d 1987 m Sarah A. Bradley Nona M. b 1917, Can't locate Luther and wife in 1930. He died in 1952 in Swian Co and she died in 1933. Bother are buried in BIrdtown cemetery. Any info appreciated. Lynda
